i remember when
hockey stats were as important
as the colour of each ninja turtle's accessories
when monday to friday were measured
in relation to recess, lunch, and, dismiss
and time was still considered in chunks
equal to your favourite tv show
when any problem could be fixed
either by dad's tools
or by mum's hugs
i remember,
