subtract the grey and brown
and little is left
shades of grey and boredom dominate the landscape
natural and built from human brain
the birds the plants the fish
all shades of unexciting grey
grey clouds fill grey skies that meet grey landscapes at grey horizons
and i am amazed at how countless shades of grey
can fill me with awe
